Customer Service Qualifications

Voice Accounts

At least 1-year BPO experience handling international accounts
At least a high school graduate
Strong Communication Skills
Must be able to provide NBI clearance before start date
Able to work in a paperless environment with stringent compliance to information security measures

Premium Account

At least 1 year BPO experience handling Telco Mobility international accounts (Voice or Chat)
At least a high school graduate
Must be able to provide NBI clearance before start date
Able to work in a paperless environment with stringent compliance to information security measures
