Internal Audit Manager

Duties and responsibilities:

1. Create and manage the execution of internal audit procedures

2. Ensure compliance of actual accounting practices with the established accounting procedures

3. Reports directly the results of internal audit procedures to head office VP - Finance
and CFO

4. Manage and provide guidance to the internal audit lead

5. Duties may also include audit of compliance of areas outside of accounting processes
(HR, Facilities, etc)

Minimum Qualifications:

· 3 years of relevant experience

· Attention to details, good organizational and reporting skills

· Proficient in the use of Microsoft excel, word and powerpoint applications

· Ability to work independently, with little instructions

· Experience in the related field and in a BPO set-up work environment, an advantage

· Strong level of integrity, analytical skills, and the ability to evaluate data to make informed decisions

· External audit experience in a managerial position is a preferred

· Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

· Knowledge and exposure to local and US GAAPs and BIR requirements

· PEZA and other statutory reporting experience/knowledge, an advantage

· CPA
