Customer Service Qualifications 

Voice Accounts 

• At least 1-year BPO experience handling international accounts 
• At least a high school graduate
• Strong Communication Skills 
• Must be able to provide NBI clearance before start date 
• Able to work in a paperless environment with stringent compliance to information security
  measures 

Premium Account

• At least 2 years BPO experience handling Telco Mobility international accounts (Voice or Chat) 
• At least a high school graduate 
• Must be able to provide NBI clearance before start date 
• Able to work in a paperless environment with stringent compliance to information security measures
