Customer Service Qualifications
Voice Accounts
- At least 1-year BPO experience handling international accounts
- At least a high school graduate
- Strong Communication Skills
- Must be able to provide NBI clearance before start date
- Able to work in a paperless environment with stringent compliance to information security
measures
Premium Account
- At least 2 years BPO experience handling Telco Mobility international accounts (Voice or Chat)
- At least a high school graduate
- Must be able to provide NBI clearance before start date
