HR Manager for Employee Experience

Duties and responsibilities:

· Plans and manages the corporate engagement activities  

· Plan and manages the AfniCares funds and AfniGives Back  

· Coordinates and collaborates with stakeholders for corporate activities  

· Does the annual planning and budgeting for the corporate activities 

· Manages the Wellness Management Team/Clinic  

· Coordinates and collaborates for Annual Physical Exam/Executive Check-up requirements of the organization  

· Ensures innovative ways of engaging employees  

· Ensures compliance requirements for governmental organizations  

· Coordinates and collaborates with third party providers  

· Develops team members for efficiency, effectiveness and career growth 

Qualifications:

· Good writing skills with a high level of proficiency creating impact written communications  

· Good communicator with eagerness to independently research new and creative ways for engagement events  

· Able to independently manage multiple tasks with varied deadlines; a self-starter who can keep projects moving with little supervision  

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in MS Excel  

· Ability to exercise sound, independent judgment  

· Strong Interpersonal skills  

· Understanding of HR concepts especially employee experience and change management  

· Resourceful, very organized, results-driven and solutions-oriented, follows through on commitments  

· Highly organization skills for such activities as global and local events  

· Highly proficient meeting management skills  

· With at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in Labor Relations or must have a working knowledge on PH Labor Laws 

· At least 2 years experience as HR Manager for Employee Experience
