Python Developer

Position Purpose:

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

1. Assisting in the development of new automations using Python / Selenium
2. Testing of the execution of the automations
3. Monitoring the Automations queues in Zendesk to ensure speedy resolution of tickets.
4. Debugging code
5. Running one off automations (example: class type adds/promotion code adds across network)
6. Any other related tasks that maybe required by the Client.

Minimum Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Skills):

• 1+ years of experience in IT support
• 2 years of college or certifications in an IT field
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills

 Contractual:

1. 1. Strong Technical Knowledge
   2. SQL experience preferred
   3. Python and Selenium experience preferred
   4. Network+ / Relative experience preferred
   5. Strong technical knowledge / of web-oriented architecture
   6. Experience in Microsoft Applications
   7. High aptitude in problem solving and execution of solutions
   8. Experience working in a ticketing platform preferred.
